By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Collanmore Island Lodge that the reservation shall be on the terms and conditions as follows: 

Rates & Deposit 
The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. Rates quoted are in Euro. Rates are for the entire Lodge, it's not possible to rent a room. 

A cash deposit of €500 is required at time of booking. We required for all reservations to secured by bank transfer, we will supply you with our bank details by email or text. All Payments need a booking ref with the date of arrival and name. The balance of the lodging rate is due 12 weeks before the date of arrival. 

Check in & Check out times 
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:30 am, unless otherwise arranged at an extra fee. 

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 12 weeks before the arrival date of your booking. Cancellation or amendment made within less than 12 weeks of arrival will result in the loss of the full Deposit. In the event of a cancellation by the owners of the Lodge because of bad weather, we will re arrange another date to suit. 

 

Ferry times and conditions. 
The Ferry time crossing while staying at the lodge maybe be changed because of the weather conditions and Tides. The ferry crossing can also be canceled because of the weather conditions. Return ferry trip over the weekend is carried out in daylight hour's. The return ferry is €10pp and or any extra ferries are €80 call out for a single ferry run. 

Activities on Collanmore Island Lodge 
We offer Sea Kayaking on Collanmore Island, just below the Lodge. We supply all the equipment you need to have a safe and fantastic experience, Island hoping around the Bay. 

Further Information 
The Collanmore Island Lodge reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the lodge.This reservation is not transferable. 
Collanmore Island lodge reserves the right to remove any occupants from the Lodge which are in any way causing harm to others or damage to the property, breaking the Rules and or the terms and conditions of the Lodge. 

General Provisions 
By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the owners of the lodge, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the lodge standard terms and conditions of stay.The lodge shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.You shall indemnify and hold the lodge harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the lodge. The lodge shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the lodge. 

RULES OF THE LODGE 

A damage deposit of €500 is taken by credit card on the day of arrival and returned the day of departure when the Lodge is inspected and found to be tidy and undamaged. 

Smoking is not permitted in the lodge. 

The ferry time is set to suit the guests and will leave on time as agreed. 
Any damage to the lodge or gardens must be paid before departure. 
The use of illegal substances is not permitted in the lodge or gardens. 
Please do not use any items that will damage the walls or doors of the Lodge. 
Please remove your shoes when you enter the Lodge. 
There are steps up to the lodge so please wear flat suitable footwear. 
Please bring food and drink in strong carrier bags. 
Cans of Beer are more suitable than Bottles. 
Any drinks, bottles or cans, please have them packed inside strong carrier bags. 
It is not permitted to use any sports equipment outside of the lodge without permission. 
No candles of any kind are permitted in the lodge. 
No food or drink is permitted in the bedrooms, hot tub or sauna area. 
Outside garden lights must be turned off when not in use. 
All gates on the Island must be closed after use. 
Access to the stable area of the Island lodge is not permitted. 

No Outside open fire are permitted on the Island without permission. 
Food, can’s, bottles and general waste must be bagged separately. 
Any beer bottles taken to the Lodge by the group must be removed also. 
The Hot Tub is only to be used by no more than 6 people at a time. 
No adjustment is permitted of any parts of the Hot Tub buttons or pumps. 
You must have a quick shower before use of the Hot Tub. 
Do not use the hot tub or sauna while under the influence of alcohol. 
Drying any items in the sauna is not permitted. 
Care must be taken on the outside deck when wet. 
When taking the ferry to the Island you must not be under the influence of alcohol. 
Great care is to be taken when using the stove in the lodge to prevent the risk of fire. 
All electrical points not in use must be turned off to prevent the risk of fire. 
Changes to ferry times are not permitted without permission of management.
